How to clean stove grates effortlessly

 
We have been in our home for about 7 years now.  Although, I like to consider myself a fairly clean and tidy homemaker, there are just some things that I have found impossible to get spotless.

Yay!! It’s Friday and I am definitely ready for the weekend. I wanted to pop in and show you, as promised when I shared my easy bathroom update, how to caulk a bathtub. A very long time ago my dad showed me how to do this. There is nothing worse than a messy line of caulk and his method totally eliminates that problem.

Now lets get down and dirty (LITERALLY) with some tile adhesive compound and goopy grout! It’s a messy job, and there will be several occasions where you want to take a bath in turpentine, but JUST KEEP GOING! The end result is well worth it!

Our vegetable garden is located a few acres from the house. Wanting to have a small herb garden closer to the patio, grill and kitchen and inspired by so many vertical pallet planters (thanks, Amanda!), Mr. DIY and I created a free standing (moveable) vertical pallet herb garden.
